- Tell us if anything gets in your way and we will fix it or help another way.
01What you can do on this site
- Use every page with a keyboard only; a “Skip to content” link is the first thing on each page.
- See a clear outline on whatever has keyboard focus.
- Zoom up to 400% and use the site on a phone held either way.
- Turn off animations by switching on “reduce motion” in your device settings.
- Hear form errors, sign-in progress and booking updates announced by screen readers.
- Move applications between stages with buttons as well as by dragging.
- See call times in your own time zone, written out in full.
02Known limitations
- The map on the Universities page is visual; the same universities are listed underneath it.
- Pages we link to on university and government websites are outside our control.
- Some university logos are images supplied by the universities.
03How we test
We check pages with automated accessibility testing (axe), with a keyboard only, and on phone and desktop screen sizes, each time we release a change. This statement was last reviewed on 21 October 2026.
